Under general supervision, deliver logical access to meet business needs. Ensure access requests are processed and completed within a defined response timeframe and in accordance with corporate policies. Provide guidance to clients with identifying the correct access profile. Assist in the development of access related process and procedures. Participate in the reporting and User Access Review processes using the RGAs Identity and Access Management systems.

Principle Duties

• Complete Enterprise Access Management requests in accordance with corporate Policies and within designated timeframe
• Proactively assists clients with determining the appropriate accesses that is required for our customer to perform their job function based on the principal of least privileged.
• Work with internal clients to assess risks and associated compliance requirements, and provide guidance and advise for stakeholders to make decisions
• Assists with the development with other less experienced team members.
• Assists with developing KPIs and monitoring of KPIs
• Maintain the culture of customer satisfaction and security. When conflicts between these ideals occur, successfully provide resolution that achieves both goals.

Qualifications

Education:

• H.S. Diploma or General industry experience or degree in progress Required
• Education Degree (GED)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1+ Years IT, or related experience Required

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to evaluate Access Management objectives and feasibility. Required
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received by the customer. Required
• Demonstrated knowledge of broad security and access provisioning related practices Required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Required
• Ability to adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions Required
• Ability to work well within a team. Required
• Identity and Access Management tool administration Preferred
• Microsoft Active directory user administration Preferred
• 3+ years IT audit, controls and regulatory compliance, or related experience Preferred
• Information security professional certifications, such as Security+ or CISSP Preferred

Compensation Range:

$57,300.00 - $81,870.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
