Key Responsibilities:

• Works with named or large key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
•  Sales cycles are generally very long and involve broad high-priced systems requiring Executive approval from the Customer and the Company.
• Works with other internal sales personnel to propose specific solutions for a given account or partner.
• Manages revenue goals for the given account/client.
• Provides regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning account issues, financial status, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in biology or chemistry or STEM
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience
• Selling complex laboratory workflow configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling Reproductive Health Products into Newborn Screening Laboratories.
• Must have experience selling into Public Health Laboratories
• Project management experience a plus
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be organized and be able to multi-task
• Must work well in team environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%

The pay range for this full-time position is a salary 152,000.00 - 203,000.00 Annual USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The pay offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
