Systems Integration Analyst

Location: BANGALORE METROPOLITAN AREA, KARNATAKA, India; Remote

You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution for integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and related enterprise systems. This role applies developing professional expertise to support assigned integration workstreams by gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, coordinating testing activities, and tracking issue resolution through completion. Working with general
supervision, the position independently manages day-to-day priorities within defined scope, collaborates with business and technical partners, and delivers accurate, well-documented integration support that helps ensure solutions are ready for release and use.

JOB DUTIES:

• Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements for Oracle Cloud integrations and
  related system interfaces
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and supporting documentation for technical
  teams
• Coordinate integration testing activities, including test preparation, execution support, defect tracking, and
  follow-up on resolutions
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating sessions, capturing feedback, and tracking
  stakeholder sign-off
• Maintain accurate documentation for integrations, including requirements, test results, issue logs, and
  approval records
• Partner with functional SMEs, developers, and project team members to confirm solution readiness and
  identify blockers or risks within assigned workstreams
• Monitor integration progress and communicate status updates, dependencies, and issues to relevant
  stakeholders
• Contribute recommendations to improve integration documentation, testing, and support processes within
  the team.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in systems integration, business analysis, or a related IT role
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting functional specifications for system integrations
• Hands-on experience supporting integration testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and integration concepts such as APIs, data mapping, and
  interface testing
• Ability to manage assigned work independently, organize priorities, and communicate clearly with business
  and technical partners.

WE VALUE:

• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM, Finance, or Procurement
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or similar integration tools
• Exposure to Agile delivery methods and sprint-based testing cycles
• Experience working with Jira, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, or related integration technologies
