About the role

As a Property Claims Adjuster at Reserv, youll manage a portfolio of property claims from first notification through to settlement, working across a mix of MGAs, carriers, and self-insureds. Youll own your claims end-to-end — investigating losses, setting reserves, making coverage decisions, and delivering a genuinely great experience to policyholders and brokers alike.

This isnt your average TPA role. Reservs AI-powered tools take care of the admin so you can focus on the work that actually matters. Youll be part of a remote-first team that moves fast, thinks differently, and actively listens when adjusters say things could be done better.

What youll do

• Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification of loss through to settlement
• Built and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders, brokers, and policyholders, consistently meeting the service standards our clients expect
• Prioritise and organise a varied caseload, working within system driven SLAs and workflows to keep claims moving efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally - whether thats a coverage letter, a call with a claimant, or an update to a client
• adapt quickly in a past-paced enviroment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims in all or any of the following:
• • Commercial
  • Personal
  • Agriculture
• Business Interruption knowledge would be advantageous
• Claims authority of £25,000 or more in current role
• Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo
• Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
• Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
