The Saint is a revitalised Fitzroy Street destination inspired by St Kildas rich history of pleasure, culture and entertainment. Bringing together four distinct venues under one roof, The Saint offers everything from casual drinks and dining to elevated cocktails and vibrant social experiences. 

Designed for locals, visitors and regulars alike, The Saint captures the spirit of St Kilda, welcoming, energetic, a little unruly and always alive. A venue built for connection, great hospitality and memorable moments.

About You 

You’re friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality. You bring energy and positivity to every shift — and you love helping guests feel special. You’ll also have: 

• Previous Front of House, bar or restaurant experience (preferred but not essential) 

• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for people 

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure can you merge 

• Great attention to detail and pride in high standards 

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification 

• A team first attitude and willingness to learn 

• Availability to work nights, weekends and event evenings
