Senior Sales Manager – iGaming / Casino Games (Remote)

We are working with a fast-growing online casino game studio creating innovative, high-quality slot games for the global iGaming market.

They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who already has a strong network within the iGaming industry and can bring an established portfolio of operator, aggregator and platform relationships.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to sell casino games, negotiate commercial agreements and turn existing industry relationships into new business.

The Role

• Develop new business with online casino operators, aggregators and gaming platforms.

• Use your existing network to identify and secure new commercial opportunities.

• Sell and promote the companys slot game portfolio.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract signing and launch.

• Build long-term relationships with key industry partners.

• Attend industry events and travel when required.

• Work closely with internal teams to support successful client onboarding and game launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming sales, ideally for a casino/slot game provider.

• Proven track record of selling games and signing commercial agreements.

• Established network of operators, aggregators and gaming platforms.

• Strong contacts within MGA and/or unregulated markets.

• Hands-on, commercially driven and able to generate business independently.

• Comfortable travelling internationally for meetings and industry events.

• Russian language is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to work under a service agreement.

What were NOT looking for

• Junior sales profiles.

• Candidates without an established iGaming network.

• Someone looking for a purely managerial role without being hands-on.

• Profiles whose network is primarily focused on highly regulated markets or LATAM, as the company is currently focused elsewhere.

Compensation

€5,000–€6,000/month + attractive performance-based bonuses linked to client invoices generated and signed.

For an exceptional sales superstar with a proven track record, strong industry relationships and the ability to also build and manage a sales team, there is potential for a Head of Sales position.
