Remote Trading Operations Executive

Location: Remote

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trading Operations Executive to support a company in freight and shipping operations (Singapore-based). This is a fully remote role suited for someone who is responsive, adaptable, and keen to build a long-term career in the logistics industry.

As this role involves structured training, we are looking for individuals who are committed to growing with the company over the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through digital channels such as email, WhatsApp, online marketplaces, and social media.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication.
• Prepare and manage documentation including invoices and shipment-related records.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update data within internal systems.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement when required.
• Ensure all operational processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Prior experience in shipping, freight, or logistics companies is highly preferred.
• Basic experience in sales, client engagement, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
• Highly responsive and able to manage client communications efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and administrative skills.
• Willing to travel to Singapore for work/training purposes.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to long-term growth.

Salary: Singapore Dollars $600-800 Singapore Dollars per month 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT+8 - Singapore Time)
