We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote position based in the United States, with both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving the initial stages of the sales cycle. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35 USD.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary duties will include:

* Proactively identifying and researching potential clients within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
* Conducting outbound prospecting through a combination of cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
* Engaging with potential customers to understand their research needs and articulate the value of Arctoriss platform.
* Qualifying leads to ensure they meet the companys ideal customer profile.
* Scheduling discovery calls and product demonstrations for our senior sales executives.
* Maintaining a clean and accurate pipeline of leads and activities within our CRM system.
* Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
* Achieving and consistently exceeding monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or inside sales role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

* Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
* The ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment.
* A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
* A background or demonstrated interest in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related scientific field would be a significant advantage.
