Live Chat Agent (Remote)

Position: Remote Live Chat Agent WFH Part Time

Audacy is seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Agent WFH Part Time. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to our listeners and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to live chat inquiries from listeners and clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot any issues related to Audacys audio content and services
• Maintain a friendly and positive tone in all interactions with customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues
• Utilize resources and tools to effectively assist customers and resolve inquiries
• Keep up-to-date with Audacys products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and handle high volume of live chat inquiries
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable working with various software programs
• Must have a quiet and professional working environment at home
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

Salary:

This is a part-time internship position with a competitive hourly rate of USD 21-27, based on experience.

This is a remote position, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
