Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

US Energy Windows & Door LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and maintain company, customer, sales, and project information. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, sales, project, and business information accurately.
• Maintain organized electronic records and databases.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Process and update customer information, orders, estimates, and project records.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams as needed.
• Track and organize documents and digital files.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within established deadlines.
• Support administrative and clerical duties when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with customer databases or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with sales, installation, or project management records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
