Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Job Description:

Mid Cities Oms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and referring offices. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly salary of USD 28-32, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from patients and referring offices in a timely and professional manner

• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

• Provide information and answer queries regarding our services, fees, and insurance coverage

• Process payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently

• Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions

• Collaborate with our team of oral and maxillofacial surgeons to ensure seamless patient care

• Follow all HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, both on the phone and in written communication

• Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall patient experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using technology and online platforms

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service to our patients
