Job Title: Client Services Coordinator (Remote) - Part Time & Full Time

Location: Remote

Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This is a part-time or full-time position, depending on the selected candidates availability and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients
- Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling billing inquiries
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating to the appropriate team members as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking necessary steps to improve and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends and updates to effectively communicate with clients and provide them with relevant information

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
