Business Operations Director

OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Business Operations Director to build and run the operational engine that scales Customer Success at Quartile. This is an execution role: you turn strategy into shipped processes, working systems, and measurable results — on a defined timeline, with clear owners. You will lead a high-impact portfolio of initiatives across CS, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and Data, driving operational excellence and AI adoption from opportunity to production. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 8+ years in BizOps, Strategy, RevOps, CS Operations, or consulting, with a track record of shipping operational systems, not just recommending them.
• Has led managers and cross-functional programs to completion under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Comfortable in the data (SQL, Power BI, or similar is a plus).
• Executive presence and stakeholder management: can push senior leaders to decisions and hold peers accountable.
• Builder mindset with bias to action.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• B2B SaaS and AI-enabled workflow experience preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Run the BizOps portfolio end to end — prioritize by business impact, set deadlines, assign owners, and ship. Every initiative has a target date and a measurable outcome. 

• Deliver the CS operating model — capacity planning, workload management, account assignment, and org design — implemented and adopted, not just designed. 

•  Drive AI adoption in Customer Success from opportunity to production: define requirements, push implementation, and hold teams accountable for usage and results. 

• Ship executive dashboards and run the governance cadence — weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, and decision-ready reporting for leadership. 

• Execute cross-functionally with CS, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and Data — unblock dependencies, escalate fast, and keep initiatives moving. 

• Quantify the impact of every initiative: efficiency gains, productivity improvements, manual work eliminated, customer outcomes, and ROI. 

• Build a BizOps team that executes independently — hire, coach, and hold a high bar for delivery. 

This is a PJ contract based in Brazil.
