Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently through the live chat interface.

• Meticulously document all customer interactions, including the nature of the inquiry, actions taken, and resolution, in our CRM system.
• Proactively identify and resolve routine customer concerns and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Effectively escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member, providing all necessary context.
• Maintain a consistently professional, courteous, and empathetic tone in all written communications with customers.
• Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for customer service and data privacy.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer support quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to ensure accurate information delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proficiency in verbal communication, enabling clear and concise explanations.
• Solid basic computer skills, including familiarity with web browsers, email, and common office software.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses and documentation.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to help others.
• Previous customer-service experience is highly preferred but not strictly required, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Additional Information

Fracture Diagnostics International offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $22 to $36, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
