Customer Service Agent – AI & Technology
We are an e-commerce company looking for a Customer Service Agent – AI & Technology to join our team. This role combines day-to-day customer support with opportunities to work on AI, automation, and customer service technology. This will be a remote/telecommute position. 
What You’ll Do

• Assist e-commerce customers through email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot customer, order, and product-related issues
• Help implement, monitor, test, and improve AI customer service tools
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help connect different systems
• Test and help implement new tools and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good technical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and research solutions independently
• Experience with e-commerce, APIs, integrations, programming, CRM, or helpdesk platforms is a plus
