IS Applications Analyst - IS CRCA RC APP - Remote

Location: Everett, WA, United States; Remote

Positions at this level serve as Epic application subject matter experts for Cadence and Prelude, applying advanced knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical/business workflows, and Epic system functionality to support a large, integrated healthcare organization. Analysts are responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, and optimizing Epic applications and related technologies to meet operational, regulatory, and organizational needs.

 

Independently analyze user requests, workflow requirements, and business objectives to develop effective system solutions for moderately complex initiatives. Lead and support small to medium-sized projects, upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, best practices, and Epic Foundation recommendations.

 

Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate workflow impacts, configure system functionality, and implement process improvements. Perform system testing, coordinate deployment activities, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support for production applications. Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks or barriers, and initiate corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

 

Build and maintain effective working relationships with caregivers, operational leaders, providers, vendors, and Information Services partners across Providence. Work collaboratively across departments and service lines to deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals, enhance workflows, and improve the quality of care provided to patients.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience
• Epic accreditation or certification (must be kept up to date) within 90 days of hire
• 4 years of Industry related experience.

 

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations upon hire.
• 3 years of Healthcare IS experience.
• Epic experience, preferably Cadence and Prelude.
• Hello World or Welcome certifications and experience a plus.
