Associate Product Manager

• • Own the roadmap for one or more product modules, from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can act on.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to understand pipeline blockers and retention risks, and translate them into product decisions.
  • Define and track north-star metrics and leading indicators for your areas
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
  • Evaluate competitor products and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Champion design quality and usability; collaborate closely with designers on workflows and edge cases.

• • 1–3 years in product management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems
  • Degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, BITS or equivalent)
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred

• • You have a strong first-principles approach — you question assumptions, frame the right problem, and push for evidence before forming opinions.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.
  • Your PRDs and strategy docs are clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • You are deeply empathetic to customers and equally fluent with engineers — you can translate between both worlds.
  • You have a low ego and a high desire to learn; you actively seek feedback and act on it quickly.
  • You default to transparency and collaboration rather than working in silos.
