The Role

Were looking for a creative powerhouse. Someone with a rare gift for fashion, an instinct for what people will love before they know they love it, and the craft to execute it at the highest level. The work you make here lives alongside and competes with the best in physical fashion. Our players are style-conscious, taste-driven, and they notice everything. The bar is that high because it has to be.

Youll be responsible for your release end to end and work closely with the Creative Director so it reflects the scheduled themes. That means autonomy over the initial concept and creative vision, the refined art, the final item production, and potentially all the promotional and merchandising art that surrounds it. Youre not handing off to the next person in the pipeline. Youre seeing it through from the first sketch to the moment it lands in players hands.

To help support that process, we use a curated suite of AI-assisted creative tools throughout our pipeline. These tools help accelerate ideation, iteration, and production so our artists can spend more time making creative decisions and less time on repetitive work. Theyre there to amplify great artists—not replace strong fashion instincts, craftsmanship, or creative judgment.

We ship weekly. Drip Drop quality is not the ceiling here, its the floor. If that excites you instead of intimidating you, thats the energy were looking for. This is a high-output, high-accountability, and high-reward role.

What Youll Do

• Own drops from start to finish: concept ideation, concept art, final item production, and the promotional and merchandising art that brings a release to life

• Develop fashion-forward clothing, characters, and accessories with a point of view, not just technical execution

• Deliver at Drip Drop quality across every stage of the pipeline, every week

• Lead the creative vision for your drops—dont wait for one

• Give sharp, actionable feedback that raises the output of the artists around you

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Producer on vision, scope, and deadlines

• Iterate based on team feedback and player sentiment. You care how the work lands in the game and in the community, not just how it looks in isolation

• Partner with external artists or studios when needed, maintaining creative consistency and throughput

What Were Looking For

• A portfolio that is genuinely world-class, strong across the full pipeline from initial concept through final assets and promo art, with a clear fashion sensibility that needs no explanation

• Experience owning creative work end to end, not just one stage of a pipeline

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, concept art, or a related creative field. Live games or fast-paced pipelines a strong plus

• A real eye for fashion: you follow the culture, you have strong opinions, and it shows in every piece you make

• Fluency with modern creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, and AI-assisted creative workflows. We use AI to help move ideas further, faster, but the quality, taste, and final creative decisions are always yours

• The ability to produce exceptional work fast. Speed and quality are both non-negotiable.

• A complete ownership mentality. You drive the work forward, you define the standard, and you make everyone around you sharper

• Background in fashion design or fashion industry experience is a strong plus
