Partner Marketing Manager

Some of the biggest airline and hotel loyalty programs in APAC need more than standard campaign execution, they need a strategic marketing lead who wants to own partner growth end to end.

What Youll Be Doing

You own the strategic marketing relationship for a portfolio of major airline and hotel loyalty partners across the APAC region. On any given day, you build data-driven campaign strategies, collaborate with creative and media teams, and present performance insights directly to senior partner executives. Automated AI workflows handle first-pass performance summaries and content variations, freeing you up to focus on deep segmentation, testing hypotheses, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. You own your portfolio end to end, taking ideas from initial testing to region-wide execution.

• You build deep trust with external partners and senior stakeholders, translating complex campaign performance data into clear commercial growth strategies.

• You love experimenting with segmentation, targeting, and messaging, constantly testing new ideas to drive engagement and optimize campaign KPIs.

• You move fast with creative and media teams, giving clear direction and making sure every campaign lands with impact.

• You do not wait for direction to spot growth opportunities or fix underperforming campaigns, taking full ownership of your portfolio outcomes.

• When it comes to AI, you do not just use basic prompts, you have built repeatable workflows to speed up analysis and campaign drafting, and you know exactly when an output needs human judgment before reaching a partner.
