Your Responsibilities:

As the Global Lead – Digital Machining & CAM, you own and drive our worldwide CAM landscape, standards, and processes across all Ceratizit manufacturing sites. You act as the strategic interface between Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, IT, and key users—ensuring a robust, scalable, and future-proof CAM environment. Your mission is to standardize and continuously improve CAM processes, govern post processors and simulation, and enable automation - while supporting users globally through training, templates and documentation

• Define and execute the global CAM strategy, including target solutions, process standards and governance

• Support the definition of CAM system architecture and necessary end-to-end integrations (NX CAM, Teamcenter, SAP)

• Define requirements for post processors and simulation in alignment with global key users

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of CAM programming and lead system upgrades, rollouts, and technology evaluations

• Manage global templates, tooling libraries, and CAM resources and provide global training, documentation and user support.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, IT or apprenticeship with work experience

• 3+ years of experience in CAM programming with Siemens NX CAM and inside Teamcenter

• Practical knowledge of CNC machines and controls and experience with setup and updates of post processors as well as machine simulation and programming knowledge (Python, C# or Java) is a plus.

• Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for international collaboration and analytical and structured way of working

• Good communication skills and ability to work in global teams and excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel.
