P.J. Fitzpatrick, recognized as the leading home improvement company in the Delaware Valley, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Your Schedule:

Based in the Hauppauge, NY office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with additional availability by phone on weeknights and Saturdays

Pay:

Salary of $100,000 plus monthly commissions!

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals.
• Must have industry experience
• Must reside in the Northern VA area
