Senior Product Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: London, London, United Kingdom, Remote
Hi 👋 Im Emily, Director of Growth Marketing at Pinpoint.
We build and sell software that helps in house recruitment teams attract, hire and onboard the right people. Were a team of about 100 across the UK and the US, with a mature product, strong product market fit and happy customers.
Pinpoint ships fast. Our product team releases new features every few weeks, and some of them change how we talk about the whole product. That pace is one of our biggest advantages, but only if customers, prospects, and our own team actually hear about it. Today most launches get positioned after theyve gone live, so good work lands late and quietly.
We need one person to close that gap and be the connection between Product and the rest of the company. Thats why were hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Youll know whats coming before it ships, decide how each feature is positioned, and make sure every launch is ready on day one. That way Sales can sell it and customers adopt it.

What you should know up front
- Fully remote and UK based, with London coworking sessions, quarterly strategy days, and the occasional industry event.
- Youll join a marketing team of 6, including you, covering growth, content, customer marketing, events, and marketing ops. You report to me, and as our sole dedicated product marketer, youll set how product marketing works here.
- The pace is the hard part. Something meaningful ships most weeks, so youll be working ahead of the roadmap, chasing dates and detail with product managers, and deciding which launches get a big push and which get a light touch.
- The team runs the website, customer campaigns, and events, and Sales owns the deck. You set the positioning and the plan (whats launching, what we call it, why it matters, and who does what), and make the core launch pieces yourself, from the launch copy and one pager to the enablement pack and whatever else the campaign needs.
- Were AI forward. Everyone here uses AI every day to research, write, and build faster, and wed expect you to bring that into how you plan and make launches.
- Our values actually matter here. We hire people who reflect them in how they work, collaborate, and make decisions.
What youll do
- Feature level positioning. Own how we describe every significant feature: what it is, who its for, the problem it solves, what we call it and how it compares. Bring a clear recommendation to Product and leadership, take their input, then make the call, and keep it consistent everywhere it shows up.
- Outcome based stories. Translate what we ship into the results customers get, tying features together to show whats possible, backed by proof points and customer stories.
- The Product and Marketing relationship. Sit close enough to Product that nothing is ever released as a surprise. Live in the roadmap in Fibery, read the specs and early designs, keep dates honest with product managers, and decide which launches get a big push and which get a light touch.
- Launch planning and execution. Plan and run each launch with the rest of marketing: agree the customer adoption plan with our customer marketer, brief content on feature and integrations pages, and line up events, podcasts and social. Then keep good features in market so they dont fade after a week.
- Sales enablement. Give Sales what they need to sell whats new: messaging, talk tracks and enablement packs, plus briefs to keep the sales deck current.
- Company wide product awareness. Make sure everyone who talks to customers (Sales, CS, Implementation, Support) knows whats shipped, why it matters and how to talk about it, and be the source of truth for product messaging: after every priority release, flag whats out of date and get it fixed.
- Making the pieces. Make what plays to your strengths yourself (product video, social, ad creative, simple designs, launch copy) and brief the rest. If youre great at one of them, its yours.
What youll bring
- Product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with features positioned and launched end to end and the work to show for it.
- Launch and campaign management experience: a track record of running launches across lots of people (product, content, sales, customer marketing), with briefs that bring the work back right first time.
- Technical depth: comfortable getting into how the product actually works, and able to explain technical features simply to any audience.
- Startup or scale up experience: small teams, few handoffs, and the drive to set up, plan and deliver a goal without hand holding.
- Strategist and doer in the same day: writing the positioning in the morning and making the launch banner in the afternoon. No need to be a designer, but good taste and the skills to make a banner, slide, page or short video that looks right.
- Embedded early with product teams: in the roadmap and the specs before anything ships, and able to turn a spec, a roadmap entry or a rough demo into positioning people actually use.
- The judgement to stop and ask why: what a launch is meant to achieve, whether its working, and when to change course.
- Writing thats a real strength: clear, simple and straight to the point. Plain copy over clever copy, fewer words over more, and a high bar for quality in everything that goes out.
- An AI forward way of working: using AI every day to research, write and make things faster, even building simple tools to make launch assets.
You may not enjoy this role if
- Youd rather write the strategy than ship the launch
- You need a big team, a designer or an agency to get things out the door
- You cant get to London for quarterly strategy days and in person meetings

What youre wondering
- Who will I work with? Me, our product managers, our sales team, and the rest of marketing: customer marketing, content and growth.
- What tools will I use? Fibery for the roadmap, Figma, Notion, Descript, Contrast for webinars, HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Google Slides, and AI tools to move faster.
- What does success look like in year one? Every significant launch has its positioning and plan in place before it goes live. The features you launch get adopted, AEs talk about them, and they show up in the numbers: more expansion and better retention from customers using what weve built. People across Pinpoint know whats in the product, leadership no longer gets pulled into positioning meetings, and product marketing is a function people trust.
