We are now looking for more colleagues to join our team at Pinchos in Kristianstad. Whether you are interested in working in the kitchen, serving guests or behind the bar, you will play an important part in creating the WOW experience that our guests have come to expect. We work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, energy and a genuine interest in hospitality are key.

We welcome both experienced applicants and those who are new to the restaurant industry. Previous experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn and your desire to contribute to a positive experience for our guests and colleagues.

Who are we?

Pinchos is a restaurant concept based on an original Swedish idea from Gothenburg, founded in 2012. In addition to offering a varied selection of small dishes in distinctive surroundings, Pinchos is known as the worlds first app-based restaurant. Since the beginning, our guests have taken our restaurants, our app and our food to their hearts. Today, the chain has more than 90 restaurants and continues to grow.
