Social Media & Content Manager

THE ROLE

Were hiring our first dedicated social and content person to own Perles presence across every platform and turn it into a real growth engine.

One thing to be clear about up front: this is a build-from-scratch role. You will not be inheriting a content calendar, a team, or an existing playbook. Youll be the one creating all of it. Strategy, production, posting, analytics, the whole thing, on your own. If you want to plug into an established machine, this isnt the role. If youre the kind of person who gets excited building a brands voice from zero and owning the results, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run all of Perles social accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) end to end. This involves setting the tone for each platform and ensuring a cohesive brand identity across the entire social ecosystem.
• Create weekly content: posts, reels, and short-form video that explain what we do in a way people actually want to watch. You will be responsible for the full production lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to filming and final editing.
• Produce reels that showcase the expert projects we have open, turning content into a recruiting channel that naturally grows our expert network. Youll bridge the gap between marketing and recruitment by highlighting the unique opportunities available within Perle.
• Build the content strategy, calendar, and brand voice from the ground up. This includes defining our key pillars, establishing a regular posting cadence, and refining how Perle speaks to the world.
• Track whats working, double down on it, and grow engagement and following month over month. Youll use data-driven insights to pivot strategies and optimize performance based on platform analytics.
• Make AI and data topics feel interesting and human, not dry and technical. Your goal is to translate complex machine learning concepts into relatable, engaging narratives for a broad audience.

Two goals, one job: everything you make works toward two things at once. Grow awareness of Perle as a brand, and bring new experts into our network. The best content does both.

WHO YOU ARE

• Youve grown social accounts before and can show the numbers to prove your impact on community growth and engagement.
• You can shoot and edit your own short-form video. You are a one-person army who doesnt need a production crew to make something high-quality and impactful.
• Strong writer with a feel for hooks, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling in a crowded feed.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a function with no one above you telling you what to post. You take initiative and thrive in high-autonomy environments.
• Bonus: experience with B2B, tech, or talent / recruitment marketing.
• Bonus: comfortable using AI tools to produce content faster and more efficiently.
