Sales Manager – Remote | Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive predictable revenue growth.

You’ll own team performance, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution, ensuring representatives consistently hit their targets and opportunities move effectively through the funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coach SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives
• Establish individual and team KPIs
• Conduct pipeline, performance, and deal reviews
• Monitor activity, conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics
• Coach reps on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• Develop and improve sales playbooks and processes
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
• Partner with leadership on forecasting and growth strategy
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new sales representatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience
• Proven experience managing quota-carrying sales teams
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
• Data-driven approach to sales performance
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Excellent leadership and communication
• Comfortable operating in a KPI and revenue-driven environment
