We are seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead to join our growing global Patient Recruitment team. As a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead, you will join a dynamic, collaborative environment that helps patients access clinical trial opportunities through innovative recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. Through partnership with global teams, sponsors, sites, and patient-focused vendors, you will increase your exposure to all aspects of patient recruitment while building a rewarding career in clinical research.

What You Will Do 

• Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives 
• Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases 
• Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns 
• Work with vendors and study teams 
• Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance 
• Support budgets, purchase orders and project documentation 
• Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies 
• Lead client-facing communications, presentations and stakeholder management 

What You Will Bring 

• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience 
• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment 
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients
• Direct patient-facing experience is required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills 
• Excellent English communication skills 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
