Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical guidance
• Execute retention/email marketing strategies
• Work within pod-based team structure, hitting monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience (non-negotiable)
• Shopify platform familiarity
• Retention/email marketing background
• Ability to hit the ground running — technical proficiency essential, not just strategic
• Fluent English (accent acceptable; professional, client-facing communication standard required)
• Latin America or South Africa preferred
• Must have strong US timezone overlap
