Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to set up, configure, and optimize our HubSpot CRM and marketing platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub, with the ability to build efficient workflows, automate processes, and support successful adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and organizational needs.
- Set up and manage contacts, companies, deals, tickets, pipelines, properties, and custom fields.
- Create, configure, and optimize sales and marketing automation workflows.
- Build email templates, landing pages, forms, and lead capture systems.
- Configure reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Import, clean, organize, and migrate data from existing systems into HubSpot.
- Set up lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and business tools.
- Establish user roles, permissions, and account settings.
- Train team members on HubSpot best practices and effective platform usage.
- Document processes, workflows, system configurations, and best practices.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to CRM efficiency and marketing performance.
- Support ongoing optimization and troubleshooting of the HubSpot platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing HubSpot CRM.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, ticketing, and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM customization and data migration.
- Experience creating and managing automated workflows.
- Familiarity with integrations such as Outlook, Gmail, Zapier, and other business applications.
- Experience with reporting, attribution, and revenue operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage implementation projects from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
- HubSpot CRM Certification.
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing teams.
- Experience with revenue operations and CRM optimization.
