About the Role

Onyx is looking for a GTM / Sales Operations Senior Manager to support and optimize our Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams. In this role, you will own key operational processes, improve GTM efficiency, support business-critical initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics, systems, and process optimization with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

What You Will Do

• Own and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and operational best practices across the GTM organization.
• Manage forecasting processes, pipeline reporting, and sales performance metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business insights that support leadership decision-making.
• Support sales planning initiatives, including territory planning, quota management, and compensation administration.
• Administer and optimize GTM systems, including Salesforce and the broader sales technology stack.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams, resolving day-to-day process and system challenges.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, driving operational improvements across the business.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Legal, IT, and Enablement teams to improve processes and ensure operational alignment.
• Maintain high standards of CRM data quality and operational excellence.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong Salesforce experience and familiarity with modern GTM technology stacks.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
• Proven experience managing forecasting, pipeline analysis, and operational reporting.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with sales engagement, CPQ, conversation intelligence, or revenue operations platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and workflow automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
