Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) — Remote (CET ±2h), Full-time Contract

Our client is a US-based DTC wellness brand selling natural supplements directly to customers and growing through paid social. Meta is its main growth channel right now. The company is bringing creative production in-house, so this is a long-term, full-time role, not another short freelance gig.

• Your ads run in a real ad account and get tested. You see which ones win, and winning ads earn a bonus.

• You work directly with the VP of Growth. Feedback is fast, and there are no agency layers between you and the person making decisions.

• The full toolkit is provided, including Adobe and AI tools like Higgsfield.

• Volume is realistic, about 6 videos per month, so there’s time to do each ad properly.

• The creative team is growing: you’ll be the second full-time editor.

What you’ll do

• Edit short-form ads (up to 1–2 minutes) for Meta: UGC-style ads, AI voiceover ads and AI-generated animated ads

• Turn scripts and raw assets into ads that hold attention: strong hooks, pacing, music and sound design

• Generate AI voiceovers and, where needed, AI scenes

• Make sure captions match the script exactly

• Take feedback, apply it, and carry it into the next video

Volume is about 6 videos per month, depending on format. We care more about quality and learning from feedback than about speed.

How we work

• You report directly to the VP of Growth

• Tasks come through ClickUp with all assets provided. After onboarding, you work independently

• We provide all tools, including Adobe and Higgsfield

• Remote, with at least 4 hours of overlap with 9:00–16:00 CET

• Full-time (40h/week), independent contractor agreement

• Performance bonus for winning ads

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio of real DTC paid social ads, ideally for Meta. This matters more than years of experience or a title

• Experience with UGC ads. AI voiceovers or AI animation is a strong plus

• Storytelling instinct: you know when to cut, when to change the rhythm and when sound does the work

• Attention to detail

• English good enough to work comfortably on Slack and proofread captions

Nice to have

• Supplement or health/wellness ads

• Experience with US-market brands

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway or similar)

Not a fit if your background is mainly YouTube or long-form editing without paid ads.

Process: a short intro call, then a paid trial on real projects.
