Product Manager, Reporting Team
Team: Product
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, Kaunas, Lithuania
Commitment: Full time
Workplace Type: hybrid
Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring. Not the soul-crushing kind, more like smart people doing great work without chaos or drama.
That’s because we focus on what matters. No pointless meetings, micromanagement, or unnecessary bureaucracy getting in the way. And when were not sure what the next move should be, we test it — were data-driven, and insights beat gut feelings every time.
Same goes for how we treat each other. Feedback here is honest, because people actually listen, and theres no room for egos or hand-holding. Everyones an experienced professional who moves fast and adapts easily.
All of this matters, because Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven, so our work stays rooted in solving real problems for ecommerce brands. Results > promises.
And when the works done, we know how to enjoy it — the grown-up kind. Workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. Nothing forced, no awkward icebreakers. We genuinely like being around each other.
About the role and the team:
Were looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely curious about how merchants make decisions, and who can turn messy, high-volume data into answers people trust and act on.
Youd join the Reporting team, which owns everything a merchant uses to find out whether their marketing actually worked, and what to do next. This is also where Omnisends AI story gets real. Reports AI turned reporting from something merchants read into something they can ask questions of, and its now the surface where recommendations from across the product reach merchants at the moment theyre looking at performance. Our data also powers the Omnisend MCP, so merchants can query their marketing results from inside Claude and ChatGPT.
What you’ll do @Omnisend:
-
Make intelligent & incremental product decisions and compromises to support an iterative approach, based on user testing, business, and technical considerations to inform these decisions;
-
Constantly look for the most impactful ways to reach company goals;
-
Become a domain expert in terms of our customers, eCommerce, and event-based products in general;
-
Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including framing problems, researching them, and presenting insights;
-
Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research, and other product insights into meaningful product decisions, and experiments.
What we use and value:

-
Empowered product teams that solve customer and business problems, not build features;

-
Outcomes and bringing value to our customers over outputs and feature factories;
-
Ship to learn. Experimentation to validate hypotheses and assumptions;
-
Truly embracing data-driven decisions.
We expect that you’ll bring:
-
Proven experience (3+ years) of product management at user-focused tech with examples of shipped products;
-
Data-driven, self-sufficient in product analytics (i.e. Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Chartio, or other);
-
Customer centricity;
-
User research, and user testing skills;
-
Ability to present and articulate your product decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
-
Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future;

You’re well-organized with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership;
-
Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams;
-
Experience in goal setting (short-term and long-term goal planning for the team);
-
Knowledge and experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce is a big plus;
