Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to manage service desk tickets effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Active Directory user management
• Technical school certification or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with remote support tools
• Knowledge of networking concepts
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like
