We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates in Poland. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.

 

Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.

Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.

Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.

Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.

Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)

Fluency in English and Polish

Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading - especially in Poland

Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker or

similar) to driving decisions

Solid understanding of affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, campaign management

Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning operational details end-to-end

Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization

Understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations relevant to the Polish/Eastern European region

 

Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams

Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker!

Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space

Knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a strong plus
