Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer experience transformation by identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes and delivering technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Working closely with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners, you will help shape and implement innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI, advanced analytics, and CRM technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives within a global organization while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a lean and agile environment, where you will have visibility across the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process analysis through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and identify solution opportunities.
  • Analyse and map commercial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and other commercial technologies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes and solution designs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to users, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science).
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science, with hands-on experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.
