Client Account Representative

Overview

Client Account Representatives help business owners find a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits how they operate. Youll own each account from the first question to the signed agreement.

This is a full-time position with remote flexibility, structured training, and weekly coaching. Pay is performance based and grows with every account you open, with bonuses for strong months. Professionals who have handled client accounts or sales goals before usually ramp up quickly.

What Youll Do

• Talk with owners about how their business takes payments today
• Pinpoint where their current setup costs them time or money
• Present payment and POS options and recommend the best fit
• Ask for the decision and complete the account paperwork
• Follow each new account through activation
• Keep conversations and next steps organized in the CRM
