Key Responsibilities
As a Ground Up trainee, you will:
- Undergo a 90-day structured and paid training program
- Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices
- Develop specialized skills relevant to client work
- Participate in guided assessments and coaching sessions
- Prepare for eventual placement with NightOwl clients
