Your Role

Youll support Spanish-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.

Youll:

• Help customers understand vehicle features and services
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and chat
• Explain solutions clearly and professionally
• Deliver the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for

No technical background required — youll be trained from the ground up.

Work Remotely From Greece

Once youve relocated and completed your training, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where youll receive support getting settled. Once youre established, you can choose where youd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.

And youll receive all the equipment you need to work from home.

The starting salary is €1,045 per month, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the company as you gain experience.

Youll also receive:

• Monthly performance bonus up to 300€ extra per month
• Two additional salaries paid out; one full extra salary in December, another half paid in April and another half paid out in July.
