💻 Your Role

Youll support Dutch-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products. No need to be a tech expert — full training is provided.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Handling customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails
• Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage
• Processing warranties, repairs and replacements
• Recommending products based on customer needs
• Making sure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience
• Working with an international team

Once youre settled in, you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where youll receive support getting settled before choosing where youd like to live long-term.
