Your Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, youll be the trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers, helping them with vehicle-related questions and technical support across phone, email and chat.

Your daily work will include:

• Providing professional technical support to Mercedes-Benz customers
• Assisting with vehicle features, products and connected services
• Troubleshooting customer issues and finding effective solutions
• Guiding customers through processes clearly and confidently
• Delivering the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for
