Inside Sales Representative - US & Canada Market

At Netenders, we are looking for a new Sales Representative for the US & Canada market. We need someone who likes to interact in an international environment, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

We are a pioneer in the wholesale blank apparel industry and a fast-growing global leader, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers worldwide.

As an Inside Sales, you will:

• Handle and qualify inbound requests from prospects and clients
• Present our products and solutions, understanding each clients needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
• Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the US/Canada market

You will perform if you have the following:

• +2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

• Native/fluent in English ; a good level of French is a plus. Any other language is more than welcome!

• Proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

• Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design literacy

• Availability to work afternoon shifts (14:00–23:00), as these align with the operational hours of the target market
