Growth Marketing Manager

Netenders is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating brands including Wordans, Needen, Ntextil and Egotier across Europe, North America and Australia.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help coordinate, monitor and improve our digital acquisition, CRM and SEO activities.

This position is ideal for an ambitious and analytical digital marketer who already has solid experience and wants to grow progressively into a broader leadership role.

Your role

Working closely with our Paid Media, CRM and SEO specialists, you will help ensure that all our digital marketing channels are aligned with our commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and coordinating paid acquisition campaigns across:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • TikTok Ads

  • Microsoft Ads

  • Reddit Ads

• Following campaign budgets, performance and profitability by country, brand and channel.

• Analysing key metrics such as revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, customer lifetime value and marketing contribution.

• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages and product feeds.

• Supporting the development of our CRM strategy, including email, SMS, push notifications, automation flows, segmentation and customer retention.

• Following the SEO roadmap and working with the SEO team to increase organic traffic and revenue.

• Coordinating cross-channel initiatives between Paid Media, CRM, SEO, creative and e-commerce teams.

• Building clear weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

• Supporting attribution, tracking and data-quality improvements.

• Developing and prioritising growth experiments across markets and brands.

• Sharing actionable recommendations and following their implementation with the relevant teams.

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition or e-commerce.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and at least one other major advertising platform.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads and/or Reddit Ads.

• Good understanding of CRM, customer retention and marketing automation.

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic growth.

• Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working with GA4, dashboards, attribution tools and performance reports.

• Able to coordinate several projects, countries and stakeholders.

• Curious, proactive and motivated to learn.

• Fluent English; French or Spanish would be an advantage.

You do not need to be an expert in every channel. We are looking for someone with strong digital marketing fundamentals, excellent analytical abilities and the potential to grow into a broader leadership position.
