Are you currently helping clients with ACA or Marketplace health insurance plans? 

You already have many of the skills needed to succeed in Medicare, including plan comparisons, provider network education, enrollment support, and client consultations.

About the Opportunity

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity designed for ACA and Marketplace agents who want to diversify their income and build long-term value. 

Many health insurance agents are looking for opportunities that provide stronger client retention, recurring renewal income, and the ability to continue serving clients as their needs change. 

Well provide the training, certification support, and tools needed to help you successfully expand into Medicare.

What Youll Do

• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with clients 

• Help Medicare-eligible consumers compare coverage options 

• Assist clients with enrollment decisions 

• Build and manage your own book of business 

• Continue serving clients as they transition from Marketplace coverage 

• Generate referrals through existing relationships and networks 

• Use our CRM and enrollment tools to manage client activity

Ideal Candidate

• ACA or Marketplace enrollment experience preferred 

• Experience with Healthcare.gov, HealthSherpa, FFM, or similar enrollment platforms is helpful 

• Strong communication and customer service skills 

• Comfortable working independently 

• Interested in expanding into Medicare sales 

• Motivated to build a long-term book of business 

Medicare experience is not required. We provide training, certification guidance, and ongoing support.

Compensation 

• $363-$725 first-year commission on eligible policies 

• $363 renewal commission every year, on eligible renewals 

• Marketing expense reimbursement opportunities 

• Long-term residual income potential, since renewals continue year after year instead of resetting each enrollment season
