Testing Manager

Location: Remote

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, Category IAT Level II.

• Supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex test programs.
• Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives and independently assess system performance against those requirements.
• Develop the overall test strategy, including objectives, methodologies, analysis approaches, and schedules.
• Analyze and recommend test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Apply test discipline and complex methodologies to design and execute a thorough test program, accounting for limitations and restrictions.
• Work effectively with diverse organizations and stakeholders to coordinate and execute testing activities.
• Lead analysis of test output data, communicate with the client, and present clear results and recommendations.
• Apply knowledge of commercial test environments and operating procedures throughout test planning and execution.

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Experience translating requirements into testable objectives and developing test strategies, cycles, plans, methodologies, analyses, and schedules.
• Ability to assess system performance independently, analyze test data, and communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse organizations and apply test methodologies within program constraints.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
