Description

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitor for a 9-Story apartment building with a three-level parking garage located in Northbrook, IL 60062.

Primary duties include:

• Cleaning and general maintenance of common areas: The atrium, lobby, leasing office, media room, computer room, golf simulator room, conference room, fitness room, coffee bar, community room, elevators, elevator lobby’s, stairwells , restrooms and two outdoor areas, one with a pool and the other with a putting green.
• Collecting of the trash from the trash closets on each floor, trash of the parking garage along with cleaning up of a dog park.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

7:00AM to 3:30PM (40 hours per week.)

Hourly Pay Rate:

$17.00/hr. (Biweekly Pay)

Requirements:

• Must have two valid forms of IDs.
• Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish)
• Commercial and/or Residential cleaning experience.
• Be able to start working as soon as possible.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
