Ready to shape the next generation of leaders? As Senior Assistant Manager with the Student Development and Leadership Academy, you’ll design and lead programmes that help NTU students discover, grow and celebrate their leadership potential. - Champion leadership excellence, partnering with the Team Lead on advanced development initiatives for selected high-potential students under the Leadership Excellence Pillar.
- Turn insight into impact, using student leadership data to pinpoint learning needs to shape leadership development initiatives.
- Manage the Global Leadership Experience programme to broaden leadership perspectives through global leadership exchanges and programmes.
- Administer the annual student leadership awards to celebrate outstanding leaders.
