Career Reinvention Mentor (Remote)

Do you have solid professional experience and enjoy helping people navigate career changes and professional reinvention?

At Nachhilfeunterricht, we are looking for experienced professionals who can support people aged 40 and over who are considering a career change, a new professional direction or a transition into a different sector through personalised 1-to-1 sessions.

Many professionals reach the middle of their careers wanting to change direction but are unsure where to start. We are looking for people who can guide them through this process in structured individual sessions, just like any other personalised lesson on the platform.

What will you do?

• Provide individual sessions focused on career guidance and professional reinvention.

• Help students identify transferable skills that can be applied to a new sector.

• Guide them in creating a realistic and structured career transition plan.

• Review and adapt their professional profile to align with their new career goals.

• Help students identify their strengths, experience and potential career opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• Solid professional experience, either from your own career or from supporting others through career changes.

• Experience or training in HR, Career Coaching, Psychology, Career Guidance, Recruitment or People Management is valued but not required.

• Strong listening and communication skills.

• Ability to build trust and provide structured guidance in a 1-to-1 setting.

• Previous teaching experience is not required.
