Your role

As a Retail Attendant, you will be an essential part of the guest journey, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment while supporting the daily operations of the retail space. You will represent the Nômade spirit through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine connection with our community.

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative environment within Nômade Temple Madrid.

What you will do:

• Welcome and assist customers, creating a warm and personalized shopping experience

• Support daily retail operations, ensuring the space is organized and visually appealing

• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide and advise customers effectively

• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory organization

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained

• Support the team in achieving sales goals and store targets

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a sense of aesthetics and organization

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Team player with a collaborative mindset

• Available to work on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service

• Interest in lifestyle, wellness, or conscious brands is a plus

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

• Good understanding of customer service standards

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Valid EU work permit
