Transfer Process Lead (6-month FTC)

What youll do

Build working relationships with our key providers - the right contacts, the right cadence, the right escalation route when something needs to move faster.

Map how transfers actually flow between us and each provider, end to end, and find where they get stuck.

Standardise how we submit information to providers, so cases move faster and with less back-and-forth.

Explore where providers are willing to flex their own requirements to make transfers smoother for customers.

Spend some early time working live cases yourself, and lightly steer a small team doing the same, so everything you build is grounded in the real work.

Create playbooks of processes that will be operated by the larger Pensions team in a scalable way.

Experience and skills

A track record of building relationships and processes from scratch, with minimal hand-holding.

Comfort holding both external relationships and a small internal team at once.

A data-literate, practical mindset

Financial services or operations background helpful, pensions experience or understanding a plus.
