We are excited to open a brand-new TownePlace Suites by Marriott and are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our opening team.
The Breakfast Attendant plays an important role in creating a welcoming start to our guests day. You will be responsible for maintaining the breakfast area, keeping food and beverages stocked, providing friendly guest service, and ensuring the area remains clean, organized, and inviting throughout breakfast hours.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
* Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service.
* Prepare, replenish, and maintain breakfast food and beverage items according to hotel standards.
* Monitor food levels and ensure items are properly stocked throughout breakfast.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
* Clean and sanitize tables, counters, food-service areas, and equipment.
* Clear dishes and assist guests as needed.
* Monitor food temperatures and follow all applicable food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Properly store and handle food according to established guidelines.
* Assist with inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
* Complete opening and closing breakfast duties.
* Clean and organize the kitchen and breakfast area after service.
* Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns to management.
* Follow hotel, brand, health department, and safety standards.
* Assist other departments when needed.

* Previous hotel, restaurant, or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
* Food handler certification may be required based on local regulations.
* Must be available for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
