Fontaine Modification focuses on the design and manufacturing of innovative solutions for heavy truck manufacturers, dealers, and commercial truck users worldwide. We fill the niche between what OEM truck chassis builders can produce in their manufacturing plants and what the market needs for a wide variety of fleet and vocational truck applications.

Fontaine Modification is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vocational Sales Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen key relationships across our body company, dealer, OEM, equipment provider, and end-customer networks. Serving as the strategic face to the customer, this role is pivotal in identifying client pain points, translating operational needs into value-added solutions, and delivering best-in-class service to secure long-term partnerships.

The Vocational Sales Manager will actively manage account pipelines, execute strategic pricing and growth plans, and collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and business unit leadership to ensure accurate, profitable deliverables. Additionally, this role gathers critical market intelligence and Voice of the Customer insights—representing Fontaine at industry trade shows and events—to shape future business strategies and maintain our position as an industry leader.

This is a full-time, remote position with up to 50% travel required to engage key accounts and represent Fontaine at industry events.
